- - 3-wheel GoPlus push cart; magnets glued in.
- - Six magnets were lost; one is missing on both sides, so it won't stay shut; eight magnets requested.
I was trying to get replacement magnets for the push carts we purchased 2 years ago...we have always had issues with the magnets falling out so I contacted the company to see if I could get any replacement magnets and their response was, "It is beyond the 1-year warranty." They did not even offer to try and help me from that point on so I went on Amazon and purchased them myself.Personally, the carts are good, but the design with the magnets is flawed.
I have the 3-wheel GoPlus push cart and I have superglued in the magnets. During this season, the boys lost six magnets.
One is missing both, so therefore, it will not stay shut. Can I get eight magnets as a replacement, please?

I bought a 4 ft fiber optic Christmas tree through Amazon. After 3 days the lights stopped working.
I contacted Amazon and they said I had to get my refund through the 3rd party company.
When I went to the company they said I had to print a shipping label and pay ten more dollars to return the defective tree to them, before they would issue a refund for the purchase price. So beside the 50 bucks to buy a piece of crap tree, I would have to pay them to take it back!!!

I found the confirmation email, and decided not to cancel. I was worried because of the reviews the company received, but I ended up getting everything ordered.
It was actually my mistake with the E-mail. The company contacted me very quickly, and was able to explain everything.
So maybe they have worked everything out in shipping, and customer service. From my experience, they did a wonderful job.

There is supposed to be a STEADY mode for the lights. It doesn't work and the lights keep flashing incessantly.
